Yes, that's me, back in the day...

With over 40 years of experience in Children’s Ministries, and Spiritual Growth and Development, I am deeply committed to equipping families, educators, and church leaders in nurturing the future generation. My journey has been shaped by a lifetime of service and training across various ministries, churches, and educational institutions.

Throughout my youth and adulthood, I have been privileged to serve in Children’s Ministries and spiritual leadership roles. 

My "TUACT" training included:

• Hayward Bible Chapel: Bible Camps and Music Group (Sonrise).
• Palma Ceia Baptist Church: Youth Choir and shared weekly Sunday Devotions ("Reflections"), under the leadership, guidance, and spiritual authority of Pastor Charles E. Bennett.
• Love Center Church: Children’s Choir and Saturday  Programs, and the Love Center Choir, under the leadership. guidance, and spiritual authority of Pastor Walter Hawkins.
• Bel Air Presbyterian Church: Administrative Assistant and Coordinator in the Missions Department, under the leadership, guidance, and spiritual authority of Mission and Evangelism Pastor Steven Marsh, and Senior Pastor Donn Moomaw.
• Church on the Way: School of Ministry under the leadership, guidance, and spiritual authority of Pastor Don, and Senior Pastor Jack Hayford.
• Grace Community Church: Sunday School Teacher and Minister in Training, mentored under the leadership, guidance, and spiritual authority of, and ordained by Pastor Mike Wilson.
• Word of God Christian Center: Ministerial Staff, Bible Studies, and Small Groups, under the leadership, guidance, and spiritual authority of Pastor Donnie Moore.
• Divine Faith Ministries International (Gwinnett North Campus): Ministerial Training, under the leadership, guidance, and spiritual authority of TaVondria Battle, and Bishop Donald Battle.

Additionally, I hold a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies (MAPS) from Azusa Pacific University, which has further deepened my theological foundation and practical ministry skills.

The Train Up a Child Toolkit is the culmination of this journey—a resource designed to provide Biblical Historical stories for both children and adults; practical tools to enhance knowledge, love of language and music,  and educational materials created for inspiration, knowledge, and wisdom. Inspired by Proverbs 22:6, I strive to empower parents and families to equip children, to nurture faith, build character, and cultivate a love for God’s Word.
